Hola!

Atkins Diet aku berjaya setakat hari pertama hingga hari ke-4  je. Hari ke-5 hingga semalam aku terus terjunam ke longkang T.T So today I want to start again from phase 1 day 1. Weekdays senang je nak diet tapi weekend duduk rumah haa mula fikir nak makan macam-macam. Sedih tau T.T 

Okay. Okay.. mari teruskan perjuangan bersama Atkins!

BREAKFAST


2 half boiled eggs
500 ml green tea


LUNCH


1 slice cheese
300 ml green tea


DINNER


Chicken salad


DRINK TARGET

2099 ml
I cuma dapat telan 1850 ml hmm kurang 249 ml :/


RESULT

Before: 63.7 kg
After: 63.5 kg
Total loss: 200g
