Hola peeps!!

Bad news bad news!!
Yesterday I only loss 100g.
Sikit gila huaaa T.T
Maybe sebab I minum coffee or maybe because I didn't do any workout T.T
Arghhhhh!!

Okay lupakan kisah hitam tu we must move on cewahh.


BREAKFAST


Japanese green tea - 600 ml
Mozzarella cheese - 1 slice

I paling suka Japanese green tea ni.
Tak kelat so senang je nak hirup =)  I anti BOH green tea.
Pahit kelat and warna pun tak green.


LUNCH


Mozzarella cheese - 1 slice
Air kosong - 400 ml

Lempeng secubit cicah dengan sambal sardine

Banana is a high carbs fruit. I makan sebab I nak reward diri I sebab dah burned 229 calories. If you don't do any workout please stay away from high carbs food!
